At TeleGrocer we realize that individual households within our varied customer-base have different service needs, as a result, we offer 3 different membership options that allow you to select the level of service appropriate for your household.

The first membership type is our Basic Internet Membership. This allows you to place an order via the Internet; payments for your groceries are all C.O.D. and there are no membership fees.

The next membership type (and incidentally our most popular) is the Full Internet Membership. This allows you to place your orders via the Internet with a much lower shopping and delivery charge than the other two memberships. Full Internet Membership also allows you to pay for your groceries by cash and/or cheque.

For those customers without a computer or Internet access, we have our third and final membership type, the Telephone Membership. This membership allows our non-Internet customers to use the phone to place their grocery orders during regular business hours. They are also allowed to pay for their orders by cash and/or cheque.
