TeleGrocer allows members to order their domestic consumables, such as groceries from the comfort of their homes. Clients contact TeleGrocer by phone or the Internet. TeleGrocer does not warehouse its own products. We form strategic alliances with local supermarket retailers.
Orders that we receive are sent to the fulfillment supermarket where they are shopped for and assembled by TeleGrocer's team of personal shoppers.
We then deliver the products to your door at which time you pay the delivery personnel by debit, cash or cheque (applicable only to clients with credit approval).
For same day delivery, orders must be in before 7am of the day that you require delivery. Please note that orders scheduled for delivery before 12 noon 'may' be shopped the night before.
You will not be able to make changes to an order selected to be shopped, and it will disappear from your view.
