Our Approach

On Inventory
We have taken a decidedly different approach to online grocery shopping than our competitors. Where they seek to become retailers by building warehouses and stocking inventory, we have relied on our supermarket partners to supply the inventory and instead have focused our efforts in providing our household clients the most efficient, competitively priced online grocery shopping service.

We only partner with very large supermarket chains that have sales of at least $1/2 billion on a yearly basis or smaller independents who are part of a buying group and as such has competitive prices. This means that our partners are able to buy efficiently and have lower retailer prices than e-grocers operating from their own warehouses. This can result in retail prices that are 15% to 30% lower than the prices our competitors are charging for the same items.

To TIP or not to TIP
While we are very please to serve you and do not expect a tip, preventing you from doing so, if that is your wish, seems a bit silly to us. So go ahead, if you believe the delivery person deserves a tip, be our guest. However you shouldn't feel obligated to tip, because we do not expect anything but your continued patronage of our service.
