Online Grocer Lands Major Manufacturer as Sponsor

Ottawa, Ontario April 9, 2001 - Net Transactional Services Inc. (NTSI), a privately held corporation operating Canada's oldest online grocery shopping service, TeleGrocer®, is pleased to announce a wide ranging sponsorship agreement with SC Johnson, Canada.

According to Garfield Coore, Chairman and CEO of NTSI, "We are pleased to announce today our first sponsorship agreement with a major package goods manufacturer. SC Johnson, Canada has demonstrated a depth of knowledge and understanding about the direct-to-consumer marketplace unmatched by any other Canadian manufacturer we have come in contact with."

The agreement involves site wide sponsorship as well as conducting specific promotional experiments throughout the site to gauge customer acceptance and effectiveness.
